For how long, I should wear my bridal chura?

A-     Previously, Brides use to wear their choora for upto 1 year; some brides wear it for 40 days. But today with the change in life style & dressing sense; they can wear it up to any pre-decided time period within the time frame of one year. You can wear it for 7 days, 21 days, 40 days, 90 days or a complete year. We suggest you to consult your future mother-in-law & follow her decision as traditions differ from family to family.
